Update: Returning to the Office

As we respond to the next phase of the COVID-19 pandemic—the return to the workplace—we want to share with you our thoughts for our team’s return.

First and foremost, there are many factors to consider and prepare for to create and sustain a healthy work environment. Our top concern remains our employees’ health and safety. Additionally, our measured, thoughtful transition plans must ensure not only our employees are protected, but also that we can continue to deliver our service promise to you.

My team and I have successfully been working from our homes or other remote locations with full communication and trading capabilities and have been able to service your needs with no interruption. Therefore, we are taking a thoughtful and deliberate approach to our return to the office.

You can still reach us by phone. If no one is able to answer, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also send email and we will respond at our earliest opportunity. As a reminder, we are not permitted to take orders for trades that are left via email or voicemail.
